Complete with a unique V-slot insert design which holds 8 chef's knives, plus 3 smaller knives, 1 steel and scissors upright and more securely.

The Edlund Knife Racks comes complete with a stainless steel, corrosion resistant material, as an insert dishwasher friendly design. This allows the Edlund Knife Racks to be easily clean through dishwashers. When using a dishwasher, the Edlund Knife Racks will not dull knives, allowing the knife rack to maintain a strong structure.

The KR-699 and KR-700 protects the knives and operators from accidents, with the KR-700 also complete with a stainless steel back to allow the model to have an increased sanitation.
