>RETURNS
POLICY
If you are
within the UK mainland and want to return a product to us within 14 days of its
delivery, it must be unused, in its original packaging and complete with instruction
and owner manuals.
Provided that the goods were not supplied to you by
special order and are currently displayed in our catalogue or website you can
return the goods.
Items supplied to you by special order that are not
listed in our catalogue or website may not be returned unless they are faulty
or damaged on delivery.
A 'Goods Return Number' is required from Shop-Equip
Ltd which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service team on 01623 741

We reserve the right to charge a handling and re-stocking fee.
>GUARANTEE
All our products are brand new and are covered by a minimum
1 year guarantee, unless otherwise stated.
If any product proves defective
within the manufacturers guarantee period customers should use the warranty arrangements
specifically provided by that manufacturer. Manufacturers warranty does not apply
to wear and tear, or if a product has been damaged or misused.
It is
important that you return the warranty card enclosed with your goods, promptly
to the manufacturer to ensure that the full warranty period is granted. Failure
to register the goods in such circumstances may result in a shorter product warranty
cover than that stipulated. This does not apply to goods manufactured by Shop-Equip
Ltd which are automatically registered on despatch.
Some products are
sold with a manufacturers 'back to base' guarantee. In the event of a breakdown,
the goods need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. We cannot offer
loan or replacement goods in these cases.
Only goods supplied within
the UK mainland have 1 year parts and labour guarantee unless otherwise stated.

All orders over £150 are delivered FREE of charge anywhere
within the UK mainland. For orders under that amount, there is a charge of £12
+ VAT to cover packing and carriage.
