How can I pay for my goods? Is finance available to help spread the cost of new equipment? What if I can not find what I need in your range? How do you decide which manufacturers products to offer? >HOW LONG IS DELIVERY? Deliveries are normally within 3 working days. For larger items, such as refrigeration and joinery products please allow 7-10 working days. Special and Timed deliveries can be arranged at additional cost. We are currently using third-party carriers for all our deliveries and as such delivery dates given are only best estimates and are not guaranteed. >DO YOU SUPPLY SECOND HAND EQUIPMENT? Shop-Equip ONLY sell brand new fully guaranteed equipment. Buying second hand equipment is a bit like buying a second hand car. You pay your money and take your chances! We believe that with our discounted prices on all new equipment, second hand is a poor bet. >DO YOU SUPPLY 'B' GRADE REFRIGERATION? 'B' Grade refrigeration appears in the marketplace from time to time at reduced prices. Buying online at shop-equip.com you will only be supplied brand new 'A' grade refrigeration which is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. If you are interested in 'B' Grade refrigeration, then please contact our call centre on 01623 741 500 for the latest offers. >WHAT GUARANTEES AND SERVICE DO YOU GIVE ON EQUIPMENT? All equipment is fully guaranteed by both the manufacturer and Shop-Equip Ltd. Guarantee periods vary between 1 and 3 years depending on which product. >HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY GOODS? The easiest and most common way to pay is by using a credit or connect card when you order either over the phone or from this site. It's fast and your transaction is fully protected. Alternatively you can pay by sending a cheque with your order (The order form is on the back of our literature). Shop-Equip can also offer leasing finance to help spread the cost. Please contact our call centre on 01623 741 500 for further details. >IS FINANCE AVAILABLE TO HELP SPREAD THE COST OF NEW EQUIPMENT? If you are looking for an alternative way to pay Shop-Equip can offer leasing as an effective and tax efficient way to pay. The transaction needs to be over £1000 (either one large item or several smaller ones). You pay small monthly payments over a fixed term by standing order.
