Lifting mechanism

All Lincat slot toasters incorporate a unique scissor lift mechanism for the raising and lowering of bread. This unique system has been designed to enable bread to be raised and lowered vertically, helping to prevent bread and toast from jamming inside the unit thereby causing possible element damage.
