The LLK Dough Divider can make dough portions between 20g to 300g from 30kg of unleavened dough placed in the top of the machine. It is perfect for making pizza dough but can also be used to make other dough that has different moisture levels.
The weight of the dough ball is selected with the choice of the cone diameter and the distance between the output of the dough and the photoelectric cell. the photoelectric cell allows for a precise weight of the ball. The LLK Dough Devider is supplied with the stand and two cones, 45mm diameter and 70mm diameter as standard. All controls and removable parts are in front of the operator which makes both operations and cleaning simple and fast. All materials in comtact with food are stainless steel and build to ECC CE standard.
