Metcalfe 180 Snack Bar Slicer

Specially produced for the customer requiring a smaller electrically operated slicing machine. Ideally suited for the small hotel, pub, snack bar, cafe, club etc. 

The Metcalfe all purpose Snack Bar Slicing Machine has a 170mm diameter serrated knife designed to slice all types of meat, bread, salamis, cheese etc.

Product Features
• A one-piece stainless steel base for easier cleaning.
• A special on/off switch. The machine only runs when the safety switch is activated by thumb pressure on the switch plate. When removing the pressure the blade stops automatically, so that the switch can never be left in the ‘on’ position whether or not there is power to the machine. The switch plate is designed so that it cannot be pressed when small pieces are being sliced, and the end device, which is also a guard, must be used.
• An adjusting knob which allows precise cutting thickness to be obtained
• A large finger guard permanently fitted to the meat table to prevent the operator’s hand reaching the knife
• A stainless steel serrated gear driven knife requiring no sharpening.
