The Metcalfe SM-5 Mixer is a professional gear driven planetary mixer complete with a powerful, variable speed DC motor, to allow the mixer to exceed all blending and mixing needs. The Metcalfe SM-5 Mixer also comes complete with beater, whisk, dough hook and a 5ltr stainless steel removable bowl.

The Metcalfe SM-5 Mixer is designed for safe use, as the mixer is designed with a fully interlocked feature to maximise safety while in operation.
