Product Details

Smoking enthusiasts who want even finer control over the smoking process will love the latest additions to the Bradley Smoker product range. Two new Bradley Smoker models with digital programming to control the cabinet temperature, the cooking time, plus a separate control for the, length of smoking time.
Bradley Smoker Exploded
The essential difference between the two models is the capacity. The four rack model (BTDS76CE) has a capacity of 76 litres. The six rack model (BTDS108CE) has a massive capacity of 108 litres.

The front exterior of both models has a painted brushed stainless steel look, the internal surfaces are in stainless steel. As with the Original Bradley Smoker the cabinets are insulated.

The smokers use the automatic Bradley Bisquette feed system, are supplied with a recipe book and cooking instructions, maintenance and operating manual, and are covered by a one year warranty.

The Bradley extra racks and jerky racks will fit these new models as well as the original and Stainless Steel models.

The secret to the Bradley Smoker is the Bradley Flavour Bisquettes ®. To produce the bisquettes, the hardwood chippings are bound together using precise quantities, at controlled pressures and densities. The flavour of the smoke is determined by the variety of wood being burned.

  • Alder and maple give a rich and distinct flavour commonly used with seafood hams and bacon.
  • The stronger and very distinct flavours of mesquite and hickory are commonly used for smoking beef and pork products such as pork shoulders and beef brisket.
  • Apple and cherry impart a sweeter, milder smoke flavour, commonly used with poultry and wild game meat.

The Bradley Smoker burns a flavour bisquette once every 20 minutes producing a clean smoke flavour. As each is burnt, it is gently pushed from the burner element by the next bisquette, to be extinguished in the pot of water. The cycle continues for as long as the Bradley Smoker is loaded with bisquettes.

BisquettesWhen wood burns the smoke flavour is produced in the initial minutes of the burn. Once the wood generates enough heat to keep burning on its own, it yields high temperatures, acids, resins and gases. These will distort the flavour and the appearance of smoked food. When wood burns to this stage there is no control over the cooking conditions. With Bradley Flavour Bisquettes the guesswork is eliminated.

Not only do Bradley Flavour Bisquettes eliminate unwanted heat, smoke produced the Bradley way is four times cleaner than smoke produced by identical loose chips burned in a fry-pan or burn-box.

The Bradley Smoker consumes bisquettes at the rate of approximately one every 20 minutes. Operating costs of the smoker are therefore less than a pound (£ GBP) per hour.

Flavours: Alder, Apple, Cherry, Hickory, Maple, Mesquite, Oak, Pecan and Special Blend.

Are you looking for a way to spread the payments of your necessary commercial equipment costs?

Take a look at the benefits of leasing here...

By leasing your commercial catering equipment, commercial refrigeration and shopfitting supplies, you can pay an agreed monthly amount to help you and your business succeed.

Conserves Working Capital: Capital can be put to work for other more profitable purposes such as stock.

Payment Reflects Usage: Pay for the equipment as it is used and spread the cost through its working life.

Tax Efficient: Rentals are 100% tax allowable.

Plan Budgets: With rental payments being fixed for the life of the lease you know when and how much to pay.

Low Initial Capital Outlay: The equipment can now be obtained for as little as NIL deposit.

VAT: VAT is paid on each rental and not upfront.

Credit Unaffected: Leasing offers an alternative source of funding and does not alter existing credit limits.

Acquire What Is Needed: You can acquire the equipment you need now, not just what you can afford.

Option to take a Three Month Payment Holiday: Have the goods now and start paying next year.
