The RATIONAL idea was and still is to clearly define a target group, and then to establish a close and intimate relationship with this target group. Our target group is made up of people who prepare hot food in large-scale and industrial catering establishments.
We thus concentrate on a permanent and basic human need:
“to be provided with hot food when away from home”.
Our company's primary objective is to always offer our customers the maximum possible benefits. Offering more and more benefits to our customers has increased our attractiveness and appeal year on year. This continuously increasing appeal ultimately leads to greater demand, and thus to sustained growth.
The logical consequence of our customer benefit strategy is consistent specialisation on the culinary technology side, i.e. on how it is used on the customer’s premises. Our core skill is the transfer of thermal energy to all types of food. We are constantly increasing our leading edge in this field.
