Wherever possible we will deliver from our own UK stock. Where delivery from our stock isn't possible shipment will come directly from the manufacturer.
Standard delivery is free of charge for all orders over £100.00 VAT. The delivery charge for orders under £100 VAT is £4.95 VAT for standard delivery. All deliveries are based on a commercial service to a ground floor and are delivered during normal working hours Monday to Friday using our nominated delivery company.
Large Item Delivery
If an item is of a certain size it may be delivered on a pallet and this will be based on a Kerb Side delivery service and it will be the customers responsibility to get the item onto site. Product dimensions are shown on the product page, however, please note dimensions shown are the product size without packaging.
It is the customers responsibility to advise Shop-Equip of any limitations/restrictions with regards to delivery that may cause issues or make a standard delivery service not suitable. Failure to do so may result in the delivery being aborted and additional charges being incurred.
Delivery Lead Times
Expected delivery lead times to all UK mainland address (excluding remote areas) will be as detailed on the product page. If for any reason we anticipate this delivery lead time will be different or your address does not come under this service, we will contact you directly in advance to advise you of this. Should you require any other delivery services such as express, AM or timed we can usually offer this, however it will be subject to quotation. All delivery times given are not guaranteed and are provided as guidance. All delivery lead times are based on orders being placed prior to 12:00 pm (midday) Monday – Friday. Any orders placed after this time will fall into the next relevant working day. All delivery times stated are subject to stock availability.
Refusal of Goods Upon Delivery/Damaged Delivery
It is the customers responsibility to ensure items that are ordered will fit on site. Any charges caused by an aborted delivery will be passed onto the customer. All goods must be checked upon delivery for any damage or issues with the order. Any goods not checked and signed for as such may not be able to be claimed for.
Returns & Cancellations
All returns are subject to authorisation by Shop-Equip in advance and are potentially subject to a re-stocking fee. All goods to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging. Any customers wishing to return an item must notify the Shop-Equip office within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. You may normally cancel your order prior to it being delivered, however, this is subject to the item not having been despatched. If an item has been despatched, then this will not be the case.
