The Dual Bain Marie comes with four 1.5 litre pots, two for storing hot toppings and two for storing cold toppings. This is beneficial, as this allows you to provide a greater choice for extra toppings for your customer to choose from, allowing you to exceed your customer needs greater.
The chilled section is kept cool by using the supplied eutectic ice packs and the hot section is electrically heated by an economical 500 watt element and is thermostatically controlled to keep hot food at the optimum serving temperature required. The Dual Bain Marie is also available in stainless steel or black brass embellishments. This option allows you to complete purchase based upon exceeding your needs.
